Money pill...

It was my first time doing a Juxtaposition Art, Its an art that the fact of two things being seen or placed close together with contrasting effect. We had to brainstorm and create plus at the same time thinking out of the box. As you can see that the pictures are my development of my recent juxtaposition art piece.
Step 1 : Cut the cylinder shape of Styrofoam into a shape of a pill capsule. Use a sandpaper to smooth the rough surface and make it even.
Step 2 : Make a hole in the Styrofoam by using penknife and Styrofoam punch-hole cutter.

Step 3: After you have done making a hole in your 'pill capsule', use a sandpaper to smooth the rough surface.
Step 4: Cut the "pill capsule" into a right proportion or sizes that you want to make it look like a real pill capsule, then test by poking method onto a recycled Styrofoam before moving onto the real piece.

Step 5: I paint the capsule by using acrylic paintings as it dry very fast and gives out a solid colour.
Step 6: Once it is dry, I continue the process by poking a large amount of toothpicks onto my main art piece.
Step 7: I painted the based with classic Rose colour and started to make a blood effects coming out from the re capsule and money splattered out from the white capsule.

FINALLY! here comes my final layout and i'm done. yeay!!

My classmates and i had to showcase our juxtaposition art piece and everyone got excited by looking at each others work. i am satisfied with my progress and hopefully i have an excellent grades for 3D Fundamental..
